I have many dozens of work units that have been granted credit but that credit has not been added to my Host Total or my Overall Total
The awarded credit is distinct from current batch and relates to first batch of work, I believe.

Can this be checked please

Thank you

Host 4 has 30 valid results. 30x200 6k which is what I can see.
Host 6 has no valid work.

Total of hosts add up to 34,800 which is what I currently see.

I am referring to credited work units, the ones awarded credit, for what ever reason. some of them where not validated and were in the first batch (the one that played up).

There were 48 credited WUs on host 6 and 24 on host 4 that were given credit but not added the my scores, host or total (48+24=72 x 200 = 14,400 points)

I was assuming that points were awarded for work done due to work units running till they exceeded time limits.
Go back a few pages on those hosts and you will see the granted credit on the hosts.

Seems that is not the case and all that time was wasted just testing the work unit functioning.

The points were awarded to the work units and were there so I wondered why they were not on the totals, that's all.

I was also only looking at valid tasks.

For myself all my tasks are still listed, none have been purged from my hosts.

For your host 6

State: All (192) · In progress (0) · Validation pending (0) · Validation inconclusive (0) · Valid (0) · Invalid (0) · Error (192)

No credit

Adding up all valid task * 200 = your total. Prove otherwise.

I think Conan was referring to WUs been errored out during the initial run but somehow credit was granted on host #6: https://spaciousathome.eu/spaciousathome/results.php?hostid=6&offset=100&show_names=0&state=0&appid=. Theoretically credit shouldn't appear as granted or claimed on the project server for these errored out tasks. Subsequent errored out tasks did not get credit, probably a bug during the initial phase.

@Conan, on your host #6 (7945H), you might want to rerun the cpu benchmark with 100% cpu load since your error is related to : "exceeded elapsed time limit 9267.65 (86400.00G/9.32G)" where the measured floating point speed 9.32 billion ops/sec appears too high. You might want to either reduce the cpu clock speed during cpu benchmarking or run with 50% load instead of 100%. See if that resolves.

I don't have to prove anything as it is all there on my account.

In the initial batch I had 96 work units downloaded to Host 6 and 24 downloaded to Host 4.
None were validated due to either failing due to Exceeding Time Limits or Cancelled by Server.
I found that 48 work units on Host 6 and all 24 work units on Host 4 had been granted credit.
To see these work units go back some pages of work units and you can see them.

They had not been validated as I stated before, I did not know if the project was granting credit for failed work units, so was asking if the credit should be showing on my totals.

It has been shown that the granted error was probably granted due to a bug and so will not be credited to my account.

I am fine with that, having been on a lot of start up projects, so used to failed work units.

Don't worry about the benchmarks, they are BOINC standard generated and play no part in a fixed credit system that I know of, I run them then forget them.

We move forward and get on with it.

Keep smiling as it makes others wonder what you have been up to.

Thanks
Conan

I missed that some show credit. I checked the # of valids on each host. But its probably a case of not valid = no credit.
